Rest assured, all providers we work with have undergone thorough vetting, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and reliability.
All provider bills are sent directly to us and made available in your online account, giving you the convenience of tracking expenses anytime. We also provide quarterly budget reports, accessible at your convenience, allowing you the flexibility to approve new work or defer tasks as needed.
For larger renovations, we source multiple bids from our pre-checked providers, allowing you to compare identical project proposals and make the best decision for your home. If you prefer working with your own suppliers, just let us know, and we’ll accommodate your choice.

Do I have to give the access to my bank account?
No, we will send you an invoice that includes all supplier expenses, allowing you to make a single payment while we handle the individual supplier.
Regarding the budget, we create it based on the expenses we manage, along with any additional ones you’d like us to include. However, we do not access any bank accounts.
Can I use my vendors?
Yes, we collaborate with any vendor, whether they are provided by us or by our customer.
What if the job isn't done correctly?
All providers must provide a warranty for their work. In case a claim is needed, we handle the process. Since we prepare detailed reports on all completed work, we can offer full support.
